Summary:
This report provides some general recommendations and guidelines for improving network regulation in the short-term to enhance the share of distributed generation (DG) in EU-15. These recommendations are mainly based on the research carried out under previous work packages of the DG-GRID project. General recommendations are formulated at the EU level. However, the specific implementation of most of these recommendations corresponds to national regulators.
